4 Week Beginners Yoga Flow Course
Learn the foundations and general principles of yoga flow.
We will learn basic poses, breathing practices, how to flow through your yoga and enjoy some deep relaxation.
You will practice alongside those of similar ability in a non-judgemental environment.
You will need:
- Comfy clothing
We have all the mats and props.
By the end of the course, you’ll have a strong grounding in the basic principles of yoga and knowledge to choose from our timetable appropriately for further development or the opportunity to repeat the course.
