Parent & Teen  Yoga

Saturday, September 21st – 2:3 pm
With Emily Llyod

Come and join Emily for an hour of heart-opening, heart-connecting yoga and relaxation. 
 
Life can be busy and quality time with your teens is so precious. 
 
During this session, you will get the opportunity to deepen your bond and have fun in the process.
 
The class is perfect for 12 – 16 years and thier parents or carers

Cost is £5 per head (big and a little older)

 

Beginners  Workshop

Friday, September 27th, 7 – 8:30 pm
With Lyndsey Burton

 
Come along and learn the yoga basics with Lyndsey.
 
In this 90 minutes, you will understand how to:
 
* breathe
* warm the body up
* yoga postures
* yoga stretches
* mindfulness meditation
* Relaxation

October  Family Yoga Class

Saturday, October 5th – 2:3 pm
With Emily Llyod

Yoga is great for creating a feeling of calm and tranquillity and can help parents and kids to relax in each other’s company.
 
You’ll all return home feeling connected, chilled and full of love!
 
Come and join Lyndsey for Family Yoga:
* energetic and fun yoga games
* partner work to encourage connection and teamwork
* simple meditations and breathing practices feel calm
 
Suitable for years 5- 11 years. Parents must also take part.
